1. WHAT WE COLLECT

Parcelytics does not currently require an account to use the Service. We collect:

• Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) for operating and securing the Service
• IP addresses specifically to enforce rate limits and prevent abuse
• Error and diagnostic data via Sentry (our error-monitoring provider) when something goes wrong on the Service. This is limited to technical error information (stack traces, the page/action that triggered the error); we do not send request bodies, headers, or other personally-identifying details to Sentry.

We do not currently collect names, email addresses, or payment information, since accounts and payments are not yet part of the Service.

2. WHAT WE DON'T DO

We do not sell your data. We do not share data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use the following third-party services to operate Parcelytics, each of which may process limited technical data as described above:

• Render (hosting and database infrastructure)
• Sentry (error monitoring)

These providers have their own privacy practices governing the data they process on our behalf.

4. COOKIES AND LOCAL STORAGE

We use minimal, functional browser storage — for example, to remember that you've seen the beta/disclaimer notice so it isn't shown again. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

5. DATA SECURITY

Our database is not publicly accessible and is restricted to authorized connections only. The Service is served over HTTPS.

6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Parcelytics is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service evolves (for example, when accounts or payments are introduced). Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
