Based on 2026 Preliminary TCAD Appraisal Export (June 9, 2026) vs 2025 Certified Export. Subject to change at certification (July 25, 2026). Excludes: tax-exempt accounts (X state_cd1 prefix), personal property accounts (N prefix, 3 accounts), and AJR* personal property supplement records (placeholder $1 values in certified data). M (manufactured homes) and O/G/J (other real property, minerals, utilities) are included as real property. Sector tabs (Residential/Multi-Family/Retail/Industrial/Office/Hotel/Land/Agricultural/Other) use a Market-Snapshot-specific classification separate from the rest of the site's canonical property-type system, built from real TCAD use codes. Median Δ = median parcel-level % change; P25/P75 = 25th/75th percentiles. Red = increasing burden, green = decreasing.

% view = aggregate value change per sector (total 2026 MV ÷ total 2025 MV − 1) — the same underlying totals as the $ view, just normalized by sector size, so it answers "what's changing fastest proportionally" rather than "which sector holds the most value."
